| Gina, General Manager
Start with a welcoming and enthusiastic attitude and add in a passion for her employees and customers, and you’ll get our own General Manager and Sommelier Gina. She has been in the restaurant industry since she was 15 years old and held almost every position imaginable, including waitress, prep cook, and bartender. She truly lives, eats and breathes hospitality! Gina has studied and traveled all over the US and in Europe and holds a BA degree in Interdepartmental Speech Communication with a Business minor. She is also a certified Sommelier, which is internationally recognized as the authoritative credential for buying and serving wine. Gina began working at the Wayzata Wine & Spirits and was quickly promoted to managing the entire store. Approximately one year later, Gina was asked to manage both the Wayzata Wine & Spirits and the Wayzata Bar & Grill. She has been an instrumental member of the team at this hometown gathering place for 17 years, and, like an excellent bottle of wine, Gina only gets better with age! She resides in the southwest metro area with her husband and four active kids. Gina means it when she says, “Come in and tell us your name. We want to get to know you!” |

| Chad, Co-Manager
Chad is one of two Bar Managers at the Wayzata Bar & Grill and brings his restaurant industry experience of over 23 years (and counting!) to the team. He holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and has been with the Wayzata Bar & Grill staff for more than 14 fun-filled years. His favorite part about his job is the strong friendships that he’s made with loyal customers and the hard-working staff. He looks forward to new challenges every day. Chad’s drink of choice at the Wayzata Bar & Grill is a cold Fat Tire Beer, which he loves to pair with a burger from the grill or an order of tasty steak bites. |

| Rita, Co-Manager
Co-Manager of the Wayzata Bar & Grill and “human being extraordinaire,” as Gina says, Rita does it all. She lives and breathes the Wayzata Bar & Grill, and Gina first recognized her wonderful talents while Rita was working at the Victoria House. Gina knew right away that she had to snap her up for the Wayzata Bar & Grill team! It has been 13 years since Rita became “part of the family,” and she truly feels privileged to say that she loves her job because of her great customers. |

Dave, Assistant Kitchen Manager Dave has been cooking up a storm for the Wayzata Bar & Grill for eight years. Fulfilling all of the customers’ orders to their satisfaction is his specialty. |

Jim, Kitchen Manager Jim has made the kitchen of the Wayzata Bar & Grill a better place for 13 years. Coming into the Muni and seeing the smiles of all the long-term employees as well as Joe St. Cyr is his favorite part of his job. Making his homemade soups is one of his highlights. Delicious! |

Keisa, Waitress Keisa is closing in on 10 years of working at the Wayzata Bar & Grill. She enjoys seeing her co-workers because they always have a blast together. She appreciates seeing all of the familiar faces while working in a friendly atmosphere where everyone is so caring and gracious…and by the way, she loves a good laugh! |

Michelle, Prep cook In the three years Michelle has been with the Wayzata Bar & Grill, she has enjoyed getting to know her many new customers. As an added benefit, she now knows how to make Gina’s famous cream cheese frosting! |
